As we already know, the key of success in bodybuilding is eating and diet, so we will now see, what is better and how much you need to eat if you want to reach your goals.

Muscle gaining diet consists of three main parts : protein, carbohydrates and fat. Daily accepted range is 20(up to 50)% - 30(up to 60)% - 20(up to 30)%. That means, 20-50% protein, 30-60% carbohydrates and 20-30% of fat. Some of popular body builders are saying that the 40-40-30 diet is the best one for fast gaining muscles, but others say different proportion.

Anyway, I can tell you one thing - each people have their own best diet, so we can’t just take one diet and start working on it. So if you want to chose right proportions for yourself, you need to start from a smaller diate, and go highter. In that time you will see, what is better for you to ghrow muscles and feel healthy. Someone will ask - how much i need to eat ? Answer is quite simple. You need to eat arount 15 times your bodyweight. For example if your weight is 120 pounds, you need to get 1800 calories per day ( 15 x 120 = 1800 calories ) !

This is a starting point for chosing the right diaet for you, so start with this, and then slowly raise the calorie count, until you will see, how much you need for the best results. The main food to get the best results is eating fish products, where you can find a lot of protein !
